We know having 24-hour access to your account is a necessity. In addition to our online services, we provide PowerLine Plus, a service that allows you access to your Incenta FCU account by touch-tone phone. We issue a pin number to you that makes accessing your accounts via PowerLine Plus safe, secure, confidential, and convenient. This service allows you to inquire about balances, recent activity, make account transfers or even make a loan payment transfer. To get your PowerLine Plus account set up, free of charge, simply complete an application for a pin number and return it to us via email, mail, or dropping it off at your local branch. Once you receive your pin number, you can access your accounts at your convenience, anytime, day or night.
AGREEMENT
Should you approve my application, I agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. I will not disclose my Personal Identification Number (PIN) or otherwise make it available to anyone not authorized, nor will I write or record my PIN anywhere.
2. Incenta Federal Credit Union may terminate this agreement and my use of PowerLine Plus if:
a) I, or any authorized user, breach this or any other agreement I have with Incenta Federal Credit Union.
b) Incenta Federal Credit Union has reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of my PIN.
c) I, or any joint member on my account, notify Incenta Federal Credit Union that this agreement is canceled. (Written confirmation required.)
3. All the terms and conditions associated with my share account(s) or loan account(s) which are affected or accessed by PowerLine Plus are incorporated herein by reference.
4. Incenta Federal Credit Union reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement and I will be notified of such changes.
5. I understand that a PowerLine Plus Disclosure Statement will be mailed to me upon approval of my application.
